Dynamic Meditation
Dynamic meditation is a form of meditation in which physical actions are involved. The term appears in the early 1970s when Osho's descriptions of his "Rajneesh Dhyan Yoga," developed at meditationcamps in the Indian mountains, were translated into English. His prototypical method is still named "Dynamic Meditation."
My lower back has been sore and hurting the past few weeks. Emotionally I have been feeling unsupported in my financial life. The past few days I have been taking physical action to change this. Today, during yoga and kalele, I opened up and expanded a LOT! The movements from kalele and self-reflection time (along with some POWERFUL vocal singing and toning sounds – I most likely sounded like a hungry cat screeching, but it was fun, exhilarating and the expression of exactly where I’m at nonetheless!) made my back feel better. The tweak is no longer there like it was, and though I don’t feel 100%, I still feel back on the road to confidence, to feeling my core, embracing a deeper connection with God. My desire and dedication level seem to match at this point. Usually I start out going gung ho then burning out, but today, I feel a strong undercurrent of Divine Kundilini driving me, whilst feeling very tall and held in a grounded Earth Embrace. I feel like the turtle, a slow, steady pace with an undying thirst and grounded, direct, focused determination.
