The Integumentary System

The Integumentary System includes your Skin, Hair and Nails and certain Endocrine Glands. It is linked to the Crown Chakra, and a beneficial healing color to use in clothing, work, play and creativity is White. This system begins to break down when you feel unprotected, violated, humiliated, angry, self-critical, stressed, guilty, isolated, unsupported and guarded. Developing a self-belief, intuition, inner resilience, openness to others, appreciation for beauty and self-care is integral in balancing the Integumentary System back to optimal health.
