Sister bear
Out of her cave
The male wanders past
Vicious claws attack

By mistake it is
As she didn't realize
He was just walking by
To be seen with her eyes

The reciprocal smile
We tend to resist
When coming from demand
Is met with a blood bearing fist

Is it me?
She asks
Yes it is.
 
Relax, relax, relax
Relaxing into the surge
Of the growling roar
The aggressive animal instinct
Until the lightness returns
When the eagles soar

With the dance in our feet
Guitar in our hands
Composing words to paper
Our insides bleeding out

Realness commands
Appreciation
Witness
Embrace

Sunk into gratitude
Joy
Experience
Love

The cycle continues
If you want it
Humility ensues
Love returns
