Lens of Love
It’s easy as an artist to be connected with God. To feel His Divine presence flow through you with an unmatchable love.
For me, I believe that the passion and unconditional acceptance I feel when I am creating must be similar to the way we were created. Knowing how I feel, I imagine that God feels me, Her Creation, in much the same way, and I feel loved, adored and excited to be seen. The joy we feel of the progress of a painting, sculpture, book, art work of any kind translates into childlike innocence of “Look what I did!” If we were but to feel that God sees and feels us in the same way, we would all know in the deepest parts of our hearts and souls that we are unconditionally loved.
