Shadow and Light

What is a shadow? Who is my shadow? Why is this important for my soul's evolution? Can't I just be a "lightworker"?

There is no light without a shadow, you cannot see the light through the darkness. 
Not embracing the shadow is not embracing every single part of yourself. 

Embrace your darkness and you will BE light.
